Original Hot Yoga 🔥
This is the OG. The full 90-minute Original Hot Yoga method with 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, and all the heat your body didn’t know it needed—performed in a 40°C room with 40% humidity.
Perfect for total beginners and long-time yogis alike, this class is designed to meet you where you are and help you build strength, balance, flexibility and focus from the inside out.
It’s a sweaty, powerful, rehabilitative practice that works your entire body and clears your head while it's at it. Come for the sweat, stay for the shift.

Fierce Grace 🧘
Fierce Grace is a dynamic, multi-level class that blends the best of Hatha, Power, and Ashtanga yoga with interval timing and slow movement. Fluid but not a “flow” class, it’s designed to build strength, mobility, and mental focus by working 100% of the body in a safe, empowering way.
Expect hip openers, deep twists, upper body, glute, and core strength—all set to music to help you connect with breath, movement, and freedom.
Beginners work at their own level, while more experienced students can explore deeper expressions of each posture.

IN Yoga 🕊️
Part of the Fierce Grace family, IN Yoga is a deep, slow, yoga-physiotherapy class, based entirely on the floor. Deeply correcting, aligning, and releasing. Improve joint mobility while gradually getting wound down, de-stressed and softened.
In this class you will open your hips, spine, neck, shoulders and wrists carefully, deeply and softly. You will get flexible in slow holds, stronger in stationary core activators,and passively and actively open tight areas with the help of props.
You will go from active poses to gradually getting wound down, de-stressed and softened. We end with a long guided relaxation/meditation.
Retreat INward to re-connect, relax and restore your power and truth. “Yin” on steroids.

DH Hips 🍑
Yep, you guessed it—this one’s all about the hips.
DH Hips is a 75-minute, all-level, mostly floor-based class that gets deep into tight hips and stretched-out legs. Whether you’re a runner, cyclist, desk-sitter or just generally on the move, this is your chance to slow down and give your lower body the love it deserves.
Expect long, targeted holds, improved alignment, and a serious release. You’ll leave walking taller—and maybe even floating a little.

Inferno Hot Pilates 💪
This one brings the burn. Inferno Hot Pilates (aka IHP) is a full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout based on Pilates principles—set to upbeat music in a 35°C room. It's 60 minutes of strength, sweat, and serious stamina, all done on your mat.
You’ll work hard, have fun, and feel it everywhere (in the best way). Designed for all fitness levels, IHP builds core strength, tones and defines muscles, boosts energy, and burns fat—without the pounding of high-impact training.
Think of it as hot, sweaty empowerment—with high-fives.

Deep Core 🌊
Part of the Fierce Grace family, Deep Core is the deepest stretch out there. Suitable for beginners and advanced students alike, the class focuses mainly on the flexibility and alignment of our “true core” - the pelvis, hips, lower back and their supporting muscles.
The class is predominantly floor based and is both motivating and relaxing.
Foundation standing poses improve alignment and give freedom to drop any desire to “perform” while connecting us deeply with body and breath.
The floor series favours longer slower holds to allow deep connective tissue releases, providing safe and lasting flexibility. This class develops awareness and sensitivity, which are keys to a successful yoga practice.

DH60 💥
One hour. One hot room. One seriously good sweat.
DH60 is Damn Hot’s 60-minute signature yoga class, practised in a 35–40°C room. The class format depends on who's teaching—expect anything from grounding Hatha to flowing Vinyasa or fiery Baptiste-style sequencing.
Every class brings something different, but all of them bring the heat. Perfect for all fitness levels—whether you’re brand new or deep into your practice.

Yin Yoga 🌙
Slow, deep, and oh-so-still—Yin is the perfect antidote to all things fast, fiery, and frantic.
This class targets the body’s deep connective tissues—ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones—with long, passive floor poses held for several minutes at a time. You’ll work mostly into the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, letting gravity (and patience) do the heavy lifting.
It’s a calm, quiet practice that balances out all the yang-style movement (think hot yoga, pilates, and life in general). Suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand new or deep in your flow.
