ABOUT US
We're not your average yoga studio.
Damn Hot was born in Glasgow’s West End in 2019, founded by Sherand and Harmesh—two people whose lives were completely changed by hot yoga, and who knew it was time to give back. They didn’t want to create just another serious yoga studio; they wanted a space full of fire, community, and realness.
At Damn Hot, you’ll find a sweaty, supportive, no-ego zone where everyone is welcome, whether you’re brand new to yoga or been doing handstands since birth. We’re here for the transformation, the mess, the breakthroughs, and the belly laughs.
Our community is what makes this place magic. Everyone’s on their own journey, and we’ve all had our day ones. But the moment you step into the hot room (or join us online), it’s just you and the heat. No judgment. No comparison. Just the chance to show up for yourself, exactly as you are.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Just show up.
That’s it. That’s the hardest part. Once you’re here, we’ll take care of the rest.

Our Story
Sherand was deep into gym life; lifting, running, and definitely not stretching, when she reluctantly joined a 90-minute Original Hot Yoga class. She left looking like a drowned rat but feeling completely euphoric. Within weeks, she swapped her workouts for the mat and 9 months later attended Bikram's teacher training.
Harmesh was juggling a full-on schedule of spin, pump, and family life when her daughter introduced her to hot yoga. She fell in love with the practice instantly and quickly traded weights for the heat. Soon after, she began teaching Inferno Hot Pilates to share that spark with others.
We got so much from this practice that it only made sense to give back. But not with just any studio.
We wanted something different. Not intimidating, not pretentious. Just a space where people could sweat, move, laugh, fall over, and feel bloody good about it. A place where the heat works on your body, and the community works on your heart.
That’s how Damn Hot was born - a no-ego zone, a home for all bodies. A space to show up messy, unsure, imperfect, and leave feeling strong, supported, and seen. We’ve experienced how this practice changes lives, not through perfection, but by simply showing up.
Damn Hot doesn’t take itself too seriously, but we take your growth seriously. The magic starts with you, the mat, the heat—and a community ready to meet you there.
